SKG's Signature Style

This series captures SKG’s unique approach, blending digital manipulation and traditional painting into one cohesive style. Real-life figures (mostly) are morphed into stark, high-contrast stencils that are then transferred and layered onto canvas. The process leaves traces of digital origins while grounding the subjects in a gritty, textured physicality. What do you call this technique? Honestly, no idea—it’s just a poor man’s attempt at a Leroy Neiman vibe. The result? A powerful mix of realism and abstraction that feels both familiar and provocatively reimagined.
